You are concerned about having an STD. For STD treatment you can see your regular family doctor. If you do not have access to a family doctor then most urgent care doctors or emergency doctors can treat STDs. You do not require a specialist to treat STD

If you have HIV instead then I do recommend you seek and infectious disease specialist who also specializes in HIV.
