I would advice you to consult a Psychiatrist for ED.
ED could be the result of both physical as well as psychological issues which can be better dealt by a psychiatrist.

If you are absolutely sure that it's not your "MIND", then you can consider visiting an Urologist to see any vascular pathology leading to your problem.
You can also consider sexologist. Most of doctors can deal with ED using medication.
But if there is any structural problem then Urologist is the one you should visit.
