Hi,

Please give me some more details to give you specific answer.

1- where is the pain located in the abdomen?
2 -what about bowel habits?
3 Any pain when passing urine?
4-Is there any fever vomiting or any other complaints?
5-Is he eating well?

I am asking the above questions to guide you in managing the child.

Lethargy alone may be from poor eating!
Think of food allergy or any new food which does not agree with him.
If upper abdominal pain it may be gastritis.

I will wait for your answers to my questions.

All the best
