Why Am I Feeling Cold Even In Normal Weather?
Question: Of late, I've been feeling very cold. Even when the weather is normal. Is this something to worry about?

If you are feeling cold even in normal weather,
there are 2 possibilities.
1- hypo thyroidism that is when your thyroid hormones are deficient.
You have to get your T3.,T4,TSH tested.
In this condition other symptoms are constipation, lethargy, rough and thick skin, and excessive sleepy feeling.
2 if you are very thin ,or have lost weight recently, you may feel cold due to lack of subcutaneous fat which is an insulating layer!
