Question: Hello, for last month I have been getting a smell in my nose often set off when in a humid room or steam (I.e from cup of hot tea), however now when the smell occurs I'm also getting very dizzy and feeling sick. I have an appointment at doctors next wk but quite worried.

Hi ,
Thank you for your query.
You might have a case of sinusitis.
Blocked sinuses usually produce bad smell in the nose.
Please take some nasal decongestants, anti allergic medications and vapour inhalations.
Take an X XXXXXXX of the sinuses and consult an ENT specialist.
Stop smoking if you do so.
If you have any further queries you are free to consult me.
Hope this answers your query.
Wishing your child a speedy recovery.
Have a nice day.
