Brief Answer:
try with psychotherapy

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern since your condition is affecting your daily life. I studied your case and my suggestion is to try with psychotherapy. There are a lot of researches which support this way of therapy together with medical therapy. You should also visit your psychiatrist or your GP, because sometimes, patients who take psychological medication can become resistant on therapy.

I hope you will listen to my advice and visit your docotr as soon as possible to discuss your medication and try with psychotherapy.
