Why Does Even 10 Minutes Of Sun Cause Headache?
Question: I always get a headache when I am out in the sun even for 10 minutes. What could be causing this? This is not new- I have always had this problem. The pain is only on one side- either left or right.

There can be many causes for your symptoms. Left or right sided, periodic headache induced by exposure to sun can be due to migraine.
Less common is muscular-type of headache due to sun exposure.
Sun exhaustion is less likely since your symptoms start within a few min.
Other causes may be related to eye conditions in which glare of sun induces headache.
Crocin or dispirin will not help as they are not meant for relieving pain. Take brufen 200 mg. It can be taken 2 - 3 times a day.
