Anytime between the time you stop using it and up to a year afterward is considered a normal time frame in which it will take for your body, on it’s own to regulate your hormones and start a regular menstrual cycle .
Usually vary from the period of time you have used Erva patches and from women to women .
If you have used no more than six months than doesn't need to much time .
Hence you should wait minimally one menstrual cycle after you will take off patch to do hormones .
During the time you will be off patch try to eat a whole diet and exercise daily.
