Well I recently had one and it was pretty painful but they found out I had a uti so I didn't know if that could be the cause because my ovarys looked fine no cysts and pelvic and abdominal ultrasound came back normal urinalysis and urine culture said I had a uti I went in because I was having a lot of pressure bloating and pain in lower left side abdomen
