Question: Two weeks ago I took an extra dose of Flomax in the evening. I woke dizzy and have been somewhat dizzy since. It is very slowly decreasing. I can safely drive now, but could not for the first three days. Thanks

Hi,

Flomax always causes a drop in blood pressure. This extra dose certainly resulted in a far lower than usually resulting in symptoms of fatigue, dizziness, sleepiness, etc. The effect will wear as as the medication are gradually eliminated. In future, avoid taking extra doses not recommended by your doctor.
