Brief Answer:
Honey is likely to increase Triglycerides.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX Sir,

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the safety of Honey.

Foods like beef, chicken, cheese and butter are rich in Triglycerides.
In addition sugar and alcohol are converted into triglycerides in our body.
Hence, honey, a type of sugar, is easily converted to triglycerides in the body.
On the other hand Cinnamon may lower your triglycerides.

Another way of decreasing Triglycerides (bad fat) and increasing HDL (good fat)
avoiding diet rich in triglycerides and regular exercise.

Since you have already undergone angioplasty way back in 2012, you are advised to maintain the lipid (fat) profile within the normal limits as well as strict control of blood sugar.
Since honey has slightly more carbohydrates and more calories per teaspoon than does granulated sugar so excessive consumption of honey will affect your blood glucose level.

You are advised to undergo periodic lab investigations after visiting a qualified physician like fasting blood glucose, HbA1c, lipid profile, etc to check the effectiveness of the medicines you have been taking.

Hope the suggestions given above could be helpful to you.
Should you have any more doubt, please feel free to send your query.
