Will I Pass Hair Follicle Test Inspite Of Not Taking Drugs?
Question: Hello , I am taking a hair foliclle test tomorrow. I dont drink , or take illegal drugs. I took 4 5 mg percocet that my wife had from a dental procedure about 30 to 40 days ago for back pain. Thats all ive ever taken , will that show up on a DOT folicle test? Thank You , XXXXXXX

If you have not taken any illegal drug then you will pass the test with flying colours. And percocets long way ago taken are not gonna show up any way in the system. They have a half life of hardly 4 hours so they are out from the system the same day.
Stop panicking and walk in there like a boss. You have nothing to lose.

I read all over the internet that a hair folicle test goes back 90 days and will show even the smallest amount of percocet. Do you still think Id be ok? Thanks

As i mentioned hair follicles tests are not even done for percocet any more. They are not reliable at all. Urine tests, Guidance tests, gas or liquid chromatographies and mass spectrometry are some of the advanced tests done for the purpose of sorting out Opioid Risk Tool (ORT) and Current Opioid Misuse Measure (COMM) under the guideline of Opioid Assessment for People with Pain Revised (SOAPP-R).
And no way this shows in the system for 90 days since last use. Maximum days of positivity of its reports are 21 days tops from the highest sensitive levels.
