Question: I tnink I took 14 units of novalog instead of the levimer 14 units that I take at 6:00

Hi,

Novalog acts just for 4-5hours while levemir acts for 24hours. There is no additional harm at this time but for the fact that this insulin would not cover the entire time interval until the next dose is taken. However, I will not want any quick fixes to this now. Simply ignore and move forward with same treatment plan. There is no imminent harm doing so.
