Your daughter seems to be suffering from Allergic Rhino-sinusitis.

Allergic Rhino-sinusitis is a condition of the nose wherein there is blockage of the affected sinuses due to nasal allergy. Nasal allergy induces congestion of the nasal mucosa. Congestion on the nasal mucosa causes narrowing of the sinus opening, this in turn, leads to blockage of sinus opening and stagnation of the sinus secretions. The stagnated sinus secretions make the skull heavy and causes headache, facial pain, bleeding from the nose and sore throat.

Nausea is due to stimulation of the throat when the thick discharge from the sinus trickles down into the throat from behind the nose.

Do not worry! This is a common problem; she needs a few medicines and some home remedies which can give her relief from the symptoms. She will require a course of good antibiotics (to take care of the infection), a steroid nasal spray (to reduce the nasal allergy and congestion), a mucolytic (such as bromhexine or ambroxol), pain relievers (such as diclofenac or ibuprofen) and saline nasal spray (to help in easy movement of the nasal secretions and keep the nasal mucosa moist).

Apart from this, she needs to do steam inhalation, drink plenty of warm water and avoid coffee for few days.
