Woke Up With Full Body Shake. What Is The Reason?

Question: I woke up with a full body shake like a cold shiver but I'm not close what is called by that

Shivering is a response of the body to raise our body temperature either to cold environment or infection.

I will be able to help you better if you could give me more details like duration of your illness, nature of the problem, personal history like smoking, alcohol intake, environmental temperature, your age and gender, history of any medications you are taking, past history any illness, etc.
