X-ray Report Shows Fibropatchy Opacity At Left Apico Mid Zones. What Does This Mean?

Fibrosis in right apex might be due to healed lesion in old pulmonary tuberculosis.
Now there is no active TB.
After treatment in TB there is fibrosis formed in the affected area living this scar permanently.
Emphysema means there is normal lung tissues is affected and looses its elasticity due to chronic airways obstruction leading to loss of normal lung tissues.
Having high ESR is found in any chronic deteriorating condition in the body.
This x-ray picture should be co-related with present problem of patient.
