1) What Is The Best Type Of Imaging (if Not

1) What is the best type of imaging (if not Ultrasound / CT scan) to detect fluid collection and scrotal masses such as Varicoceles / Hydroceles / epididymal cysts / spermatoceles ?

The Reason Why i am asking this is because i had recently negative experience with a Pelvis Hernia that was not detected through the regular Ultrasound / CT scan .. only the MRI was able to reveal it once i did it

2) Similarly, is there something called "Scrotal/testicular MRI" ? As the doctors i was seen by declared there is no such a thing as Testicular MRI but Only Pelvis MRI can be done & it would still show the testicules on it and it would be good enough .. is that medically correct ?

3) Is there something called "Non Contact CT scan" to detect those different from the regular CT scan ?

4) As i am having a chronic Skin Lump / bulge beside and around the Left Testicule that increases in size Right after Ejaculation & in pain after drinking Coffee .. what can that possibly be according to those symptoms ?
