1 Fundal Subserosal Fibroid, Large Submucosal Fibroid, Nabothian Cysts. Something To Worry ?
one fundal subserosal fibroid measures 20x16x18mm identified. a larger submucosal fibroid measuring 23x23x28 mm is demostrated in the posterior body of the uterus . nabothian cysts are present is this something i have to worried about and i want to know sizes in centimeters,the doctor said they cant do nothing if i dont have too much bleeding or consecuense both i am so concern about this i dont want to go more worst
Fibroids are small in size measuring 2,1.6,1.8cm and other 2.3,2.3,2.8cm.
If it not causing any harm in terms of menstrual abnormality, better to manage conservatively.
I recommend you to get a follow up scan after 2 months.
If the size is increasing or if symptoms are getting worse ,then only go for surgical treatment including myomectomy.
