1 Year Baby, Watery Stool. Taking Diof Sup. Should Ofloxacin Be Taken? Dosage?

Dear doctor.
My daughter is 1year and one month old. From yesterday onwards my baby stool is watery 2times and today morning just now she had passed one more watery stool. Yesterday night itself we have given her 2.5ml of Diof sup. What to do now?
Should we do continue ofloxacin with metronidazole and what about the dosage.
Baby weight is 8.5kg

Hi
thanks for your query at HCM
generally antibiotics are not recommended for loose motions
you should give him extra fluid and ORS ,
monitor his hydration status
if there is any blood or fever or child starts vomit every thing then immediately visit you doctor

change his diaper after every loose stool
how nuch urine he is passing
continuous follow up to your gastroentrologist is necessary for 2nd line of investigations
