Hello, Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum. I understand your concern as a vigilant parent . Please do not worry. Reflux is common in infants and many do overgrow it ( depending on the severity). Lanzol 15 is an antacid( lansoprazole) used to decrease acid reflux & might take a few weeks for showing full efficacy. It sometimes does have some abdominal discomfort as a sideffect too but if only a morning single dose is taken then it's unlikely to cause any problems at night. It's not clear when you have started lanzol and it's relation to the present acute discomfort . It's advisable that you get your child evaluated to rule out any persistent reflux symptoms to confirm the diagnosis & start appropriate management. If needed your doctor might want to give a trial of other antacids like ranitidine etc. which can help in controlling his reflux. Wishing your child good health. Regards
