10 Month Old Child, Teething, Loose Motions. Stool Test Shows Negative For Rota Virus, Pus Cells, RBC In Stool. What Does This Indicate?

my baby boy is 10 month old and he is teething and pass loose motion , today i consult to doctor and he recommend complete stool analysis including rota virus , i received test report of complete stool analysis , according to report (1) RBCs 0-1 /HPF, (2) pus cells 8-10/HPF, please answer that , whats mean HPF ? is it ok and satisfactory result rota virus is negative,
