10 Year Old, Lightheaded, Nausea. EKG S, Blood Works Done. Diagnosis Is Pre Syncope. Opinion?

I am trying to find a specialist for my 10 yr old son, who has been experiencing lightheadedness & some nausea since mid Sept. He has has ekgs, blood work and several exams from his pediatrician, Ear nose & throat, ER doctors, and cardiac pediatrician. Diagnosis is pre syncope but he doesn't have all of the symptoms and the doctors do not have a plan for how to remedy the symptoms yet. Our own research and from the school nurse points towards Orthostatic Intolerance (an Autoimmnune disorder). Finding a pediatrician in Michigan for this has not been easy.

Whether your son is getting these symptoms in erect posture or not and the BP in both positions ,any associated sweating or else may be mentioned.Mostly,it may be Neurogenic or cardiogenic etiology.Sometimes,it is positional, getting the symptoms in erect posture. If there is anemia,it should be treated first, sometimes simple measures may yield good results.
