11 Year Old, Using Proactiv For Acne, Rashes Appearing On Neck. Cause?

My 11 year old daughter has been using ProActiv for one week now - her acne has noticeable disappeared, but she has developed a rash (after 3 days of usage) on her neck that is extremely red, raised and itchy. We have applied benedryl cream and calamin lotion - but nothing has reduced the rash. She is not applying the ProActiv product on her neck, so we are wondering if ProActiv is the actual cause or not. Any advice how to soothe the itching and heal the rash?

For complete treatment of acne, one should consult the dermatologist, without the guidance of dermatologist you wont get the good result or complete eradication of acne so please consult the dermatologist and stop applying the on counter agents, Have nice day.
