Dear Mr Sachin

Patient under consideration is being treated for presumed diagnosis of encephalitis and investigations have not supported any diagnosis. She is being treated presumptively with antimalarial treatment and antiviral treatment. Additionally convulsions must be controlled and high dosage may be needed. Treating doctor may consider additional drugs convulsions are not controlled

Good wishes

Pratap
