13weeks Pregnant. Having Mild Bronchitis. Prescribed Medicines Like Ascoril, Deriphyilin, Amox, Nasal Drops. Safe During Pregnancy?

i am 13 weeks pregnant i had mild bronchi physican ordered for me amox 500 mg tds for 5 days and deriphyiin retard 150 mg BD and syp Ascoril 10 ml tds is these medications cause any danger in my pregency. i am using nasal drop oxymetazoline hydrochloride nasal solution tds too.please answer me

You have pass the dangerous period of pregnancy for the using of medications.
Amox-not known to be harmful
deriphyin-when is used in the 3 trimester can cause neonatal irritability and apnea
ascoril-not known to be harmful
You should care for your self and take much less medication within pregnancy.
