What Causes Elevated Blood Sugar Levels After Taking Amoxicillin?

I am a 77 year old diebetic , last week i had bronchitis and was given 875 mg Amoxicillin tablets which I take i every 12 hrs. I take several diabetic meds. I only have 2 more Amox tabs to go but I have noticed that since I took the Amox and a 50 mcg nasal spray my blood glucose has gone up to 250 to 300 . can this medicine cause my blood sugar up over 130 , which I was having before the meds ? I test 3 times a day

Dear sir
Went through your problem as is evident from your history that you had bronchitis, any infection in diabetics raise blood suger and usually infection also decreases patients activity both together have resulted in rise in blood suger rather than a of Illinois.
