Hi I have a 14 year old son who gets really fast heart beats ones a week specially when he plays baseball. sometimes they are so fast and strong that he gets a headaech and gets dizzy and than it goes away

Any hard physical activity like sports automatically causes rapid beat because body require more oxygen and nutrients so heart pumps more to fulfill the demand. But you are telling of dizynes. dizyness means his brain tisue are not getting proper oxygenation . So better you go for ECG, ECHO but after consultation with your cardiologist. Thank you
