14 Year Old Having Black Sores In The Vulva. What Could It Be?
My 14 year old daughter has 4 blackish sores with some white in the center on the inside portion of her vulva . she is not sexually active. they are quite sore and she just came to me and showed them to me. im wondering what it could be. it is very scary. we just got home from a long volleyball tournament where she was hot and sweaty, playing games since 8 am. it was apparently hurting her the whole day

The black sores can occur due to friction while playing in the tournament. It will be better to get her examined by a doctor. In the interim you can ask your daughter to have sitz bath to have some relief from the soreness. Kindly keep her dry.
