Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

History and urine analysis suggests that young boy is suffering from urinary tract infection.
He also needs culture sensitivity of urine and ultrasound of KUB region.
He needs antibiotics for UTI and paracetamol for fever.
He can also take alkalizing drugs for urine PH correction that is altered in UTI.

Take Care
