I received a blood test showing elevated White Blood Cell count of 13.9. I had bumped my head four hours before the blood draw, resulting in a bump on my forehead and pain there that has lasted 5 days since then. Could this have elevated my WBC count?

My ultrasound results , thickening of the central endometrial complex measuring 19.6 mm. Right ovary measuring 7.8x 7.5 x 9.3 cm tubular appearing complex structure at left ovary measuring 4.3x 2.7x 3.7cm. 7.8x 6.7 x 7.0 cm complex structure at right ovary increased in size from 5.3 cm.

Sir, I had been tested several years ago vdrl 1:4 & tpha 1:16 positive.then taken doxycycline antibiotics and one dose penicillin. But now I have been tested for vdrl(rpr) non reactive but tpha 1:80 positive..is the infection still present??? Please suggest.. Thanks in advance..
