14 Yr Old Male Having Big Boobs, Big Stomach, Big Thighs. No Help From Exercises. How To Lose The Fat?

Hi, I hope this is real and won t get me in any trouble, lol... anyways I am a 14 year old male, I have man boobs(really big and pointed out and big buttocks) nd u noe it doesn t at all look nice I look worse than a girl amd also I have a bulging big stomach, my weight is 85kg nd its not at all good...I do exercise but its no use, AT ALL!!! And I don t know what to do!? :((( can u pls help ne out I want to lose all those fats nd yes I also have big fatty thighs,..so pls help I wanna lose all of them by end of this month,today is, 512/13 Pls no pills or meds jus a simple and easy diet

thank you for sharing your concern
from your post , you need more cardio exercise , which will burn your fat rapidly.
it includes treadmill , cycling , elliptical etc.
along with cardio you have to do weight stretching exercises for at least twice in week.
you need to watch what you eat.
no junk food (chips , burgers , sauces )
no sweets like chocolates n cakes etc.
home cooked fresh meals only.
take 5 small meals instead of 2 large meals.
have oats , daliya , corn-flex in breakfast.
have more veggies and fruits in lunch and dinner.
replace tea with green tea.
concentrate on active lifestyle.
