When we look at a UA in a pregnant women, the key things that we are looking at include: the presence of WBC's, RBC's, bacteria, Nitrites, glucose, and protein. Your UA lacks some of these items, and the others are likely not that relevant.

What really matters are your symptoms. As you may know, pregnant women are prone to UTI's and if left untreated, they can lead easily to kidney infections. Thus, we often have a low threshold to treat symptoms while we wait for culture results. That being said, it probably matters as much what your symptoms are and how convincing they are for an underlying infection (while you wait for a culture).

I hope this helps you. If you would like to review it further, you can email me through the premium service and I would be happy to help you further! Good luck!
