16 Year, 173 Cm In Height. Will Doing Push Ups, Dumbbell Exercise, Going To Gym Increase My Height?

Hello doctors , if you time I'd like to ask you something. My dad is 180cm my mom is 158 and I'm 173cm. I'm 16 years old , i go once per week to the gym. I only exercise running pull ups situps and Dumble exercises for 15kg maximum. Home workouts : pushups pull ups and sit ups. Will that stunt my height? And please answer

Hello,

These are light exercises and you only do it once in a week.
This will not affect your height.
Heavy weight lifting exercise are the ones which may hamper the height of an individual if involved very frequently like professional weight lifters.
