18 Y/o Female Very Athletic And Play College Softball. The

18 y/o female very athletic and play college softball. The past year I have had a few bad injuries while catching softball. I was diagnosed with a concussion after the last one. I sat out of softball as needed per schools concussion policy. What is happening now is when we run conditioning drills or any sprints towars the end them I get very fatigue and legs start to go numb, breathing seems very rapid and I have hard time catching my breath, then I think I start to panic. I have been seen for all these symptoms, I have a negative CT scan, cardiac monitor placed for 48 hours which showed all good, I was prescribed an inhaler which I used but did not change anything, I had a full blood screen done and all was normal. Could this be anxiety issues, I may be scared to run because of how it makes me feel.
