18 Years Old Suffering From Constipation And Gas Problem
hello lam 18 years old and i have problem of constipation and because of constipation i am also suffering with gas problem and this is not my age to be suffer like these problem so i wanna be free from constipation so is there any permanent solution

Hi Greetings from health care magic For Your constipation and gas problem you should bring some change in your daily foods habit and life style. 1) Add more fibers rich natural fruits and vegetables to your diet 2) Take plenty of water through out the day 3) avoid all fast and junk foods 4) take your diet in time and regularly 5) increase your physical activities, daily yoga, morning walk is advisable 6)If you have sitting job then move for 5 minutes every 2 hours. 7) in the morning after waking up take 1 glass of water daily. 8)Take diner by 9 pm and slep after 2 hour of taking diner
