2 Months Pregnant, Pain In Abdomen, Bleeding. Scan Done. Suggestions?
after 2 moths of pregnanacy i feel severe pain in the abdomen and after 3 days bleeding occured for 24 hr only and after two days there were watery discharge and i scanned out myself scanning shows uterus is homogenous echopatern and measures 70x31x39mm. ovary rt measures 35x20mmand lt ovary 44x16mm and uterus was empty.

Sorry to inform you that you have abortion and due to this uterus is empty.
USG report suggests that uterus is normal in size and echo texture.
Uterine cavity is empty and there is no signs of pregnancy.
Both ovaries are normal in size.
