2 weeks ago I went to bed with this dull pain in my left side under my rib cage. I was extremely uncomfortable and thought that I must be constipated. I was uncomfortable all night but the symptoms resolved the next morning and that was it. I had blood work at a recent doctors appt. which showed my absolute lymphs were slightly elevated at 3.4 (0.7-3.1 range). Last Wednesday I came down with a UTI infection and was put on Macrobid. I figured this was why my blood work was slightly off. I still had a fever and symptoms on Sunday so was switched to Levaquin. Last night the pain and uncomfortable feeling on my left side under my rib cage came back. It has been with me all night. I have a follow up with my PCP on Friday. Could what I'm feeling be my spleen?
