Pediatrician 's  Response
Dear Madam Childhood leukaemia is aquired genetic desease, where alteration
of immune system happens due to damage of immune system by defferent factors
like viral infection, exposure to radiation, enviromental factors of polluted atmosphere by chemicals may start leukaemia. Dampness in my opinion
is not responsible for leukaemia. I think he might have
viral infection of the chest when he was 3 months old could be responsible.
Some times no cause for onset of leukaemia can be detected and is called "Idiopathic."Kindest regards Dr.S.K.Mukherjee
