2 Year Old Child, Suffering From Itchy Scalp, Blotchy Patches Behind Ears, Neck. Using Kids Shampoo. Causes And Treatment?

HI my 2yr old daughter has been itching her head. I have checked for lice and find nothing. I used a supposely all natural lice killer just to be safe. Even after washes with regular kids shampoo she is still itching her head. This morning her neck and behind her ears is red and blotchy. We haven t changed detergents, or lotions. please help

Is there any white flaking of the scalp.

you have mentioned the neck is red and blotchy........ i think of allergy to some of the ingredients you may be applying on the scalp.

try to change them and see. change the oil and shampoo

natural lice killers may not be effective and small lice may not be detected easily.
try and consult you doc for the same
