2 Year Old, Raised Red Rash Occurring For Third Time. What Could Be This?

hello my daughter just turned 2 and this is the 3rd time she has gotten this rash it is raised red and last for a week or so it starts out as a bump then has a white head then gets round and grows it now has a flat scab like crusting on sum parts of it what could this be im very worried but it seems not to be itching or bother her
