2 Year Son, Coughing While Eating, Bites Marks On Arm. Chicken Pox?

my son is two and 5 months about a week ago he started coughing when eating or drinking in the last 3 to 4 days he has had what I thought was ant bites started on his arm now he has them on both arms and handa and his face everyday when he wakes up and starts scratching there seem to be more he has had little to no fever is it possible this is chicken pox

with the description you are giving it cant be chicken pox.chicken pox rashes presentation is completely different.it can be insect bite or some allergic rashes.without having visual impression it will be very difficult to tell exact cause of it.his cough is present only during eating and drinikng.try to give him feeds in small amount and plz use a shallow pillow beneath his head while he is sleeping and keep him upright for 10-15 minutes after every feeding.try these measures it should free him of cough.
