20 Days Ago I Had A Partial Completely Vaginal Hysterectomy

20 days ago I had a partial completely vaginal hysterectomy I have had No problems at all. Yesterday all day I had this constant throbbing pain on the right side of my vagina area. ( I know my way of describing this will not be medically correct so bare with me). I have this tubular knot that is on the cheek or lip area of my vagina it will kind of roll back and forth when I press on it, it is tender, but its almost at the base of my vaginal area and kind of slightly curls around toward the left, right there at the bottom of my vagina opening on that smooth spot!! Even aftet i took prescription pain meds it still hurt but its not unbearable What can this be??? I have an appointment Tuesday should it be OK until then??
