20 Year Old Male, Feels Like I Gotta Pee When

20 year old male, feels like I gotta pee when I don't. No real burn but it's an annoying feeling. Parents think it's a uti or a bladder infection so they're getting me cranberry juice to try and flush it out. Don't have my medical care yet, it hasn't came in the mail and I don't have an actual doctor. Need to know if this is something i should be worried about. I haven't had unprotected sex in months and the problem just started occurring. It worries me deeply, just don't have money to pay all those expensive doctor bills.
