well maybe you should talk to your parents and ask them to get you to a nutritionist. if you are serious, you have to burn off more calories than you take in. do you have a treadmill? satrt at like 15 minutes anight, stop with the sweets, and cut your carbs... maybe stop eating by 7 oclock at night, or at least 3 hours before bedtime...
