Bottle used as a container to feed the child has been found to have association with altered bowel habits. It is better to feed from spoon, bowl or suthi. This will surely reduce gas problem. A child upto 2 to 3 years of age should preferentially be given whole milk. The diet also contain a balance of fruits ,vegetables, cereals, pulses, along with milk products/poultry/non veg and dry fruits. fresh and natural whole foods are better when it comes to intestinal health.
Hi
Thanks for your query.
Constipation in children is mostly related to dietary factors.
I suggest you to decrease quantity of milk.
Give her fiber rich diet having fruits, green leafy vegetables, salads, cereals and pulses.
Give her home based food and increase quantity of fluids.
If symptoms persist get her evaluated by pediatrician.
