22 Year Old Suffering From Constipation And Irregular Bowel Movements. Advice?
Hi sir I am Jenifer and my age is 22years old. Usually i won t be go in the morning. I will go in the evening and whenever i am feeling that time only i will go. If it is continue it will be difficult for me in future no! So thought to go in the morning. So i have tried to in many ways. First day night i ate 2 bananas and after wakes up in the morning and i drinking lot of water in empty stomach . But no use. Please help me and give me some ways to regularize...

Either you go in the morning or in the evening it does not matter but you should have full evacuation is important.
Why people prefer to go in the morning is that along with other routine this also can be done so that during day you have not to worry.
Try regularly to go for passing stool in the morning even you do not feel but gradually you will get reflex and it will be adjust in the morning.
Take more fiber containing food like green veggies,pulses,cereals etc.
Along with banana you take oranges,papita,clinger.

increase the fibre content of your diet. add enough fresh fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, switch over to whole crain breads and multigrain wheat instead of plain flour bread. drink a glass of warm water after dinner even that helps. curtail on junk food intake. this should help else lactulose syrups are needed at bed time for a couple of days
