Hey im 23 for the past four months ive been having chest pain mainly on the left side. Sometimes ill be doing nothing but my heart will slow rite down and then speed rite up. My arms become inflamed with pain and I get really swetty. I feel as if im dieing. Ive been to the emerg 25 times and im soposably fine. Its getting worse I feel so lost im afraid of death. Do you know ehat this may be ?
If you had been cleared 25 times, then there is n heart disease.
It is Anxiety Neurosis / when centred round the heart, it is called Cardiac Neurosis.
Get a planned appointment, instead of emergency, every time.
Have HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up - not to confirm but to exclude and convince
Have Psychiatric assessment and assistance.
Don't worry. You are very young and will have a great future.
Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
