Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be cholinergic urticaria. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. The condition may be due to perspiration and may be controlled by antihistaminics with an anticholinergic property like diphenhydramine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
