Dear Ma'm
Thanks for your query to HCmagic
A pain which is there at rest and does not come up on exertion, Which lasts for less than a minute, which changes site frequently , which is there the whole day with same intensity, is not likely to be cardiac.
Moreover a female who is not smoker, non diabetic with regular menses , not on OCPs and not on
steroid therapy is very unlikely to have
anginal heart disease.
Flickering of blood pressure, when commensurate with level of physical/mental
stress is acceptable, unless the variations were extreme.
Other possible causes can be a pain from upper gastro-intestinal tract, pain from bone/soft tissue/ nerves or pain from lung or its coverings.
Relax, as literature favors you, for a possible non-cardiac cause
Feel free to discuss further.
sincerely
