How are your menstrual periods. You need to get an ultrasound to see if you have Polycystic ovaries or any problem with adrenal glands. There is laser therapy available to remove hair which you can find out about after consulting a Cosmetologist.

Kindly consult a dermatologist who has a laser practice as well. This can be done only with the lasers .Out of all the lasers Diode is the best .

The unwanted hair growth in females is usually because of hormonal problem so please consult a Gynaecologist and get investigated for the hormonal issue and get treated;this will restrict further excess growth.As for the hairs you have you will need to get it removed by laser treatment or hair remover creams or waxing.Other than that there is no treatment.
